Accommodation was reasonably large and relaxing, beds were very comfy. My room was functional, good standard and I met consistently courteous staff, we had friendly communication. The breakfast was inclusive, plentiful and I loved cereals, eggs and bakery. Hot drinks at downstairs bar, excellent service. The place was reasonably priced.
It had not very good views.

Thoroughly enjoyed staff and location, they were very good. Pretty building and rooms with comfortable decoration. The restaurant was good, it had cold meals. Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to leave, I will be back.

The venue is spotless and reasonably large, views are stunningly beautiful, the location is ideal adjacent to town center as well as Ben Nevis. The staff is brilliant and highly efficient. Overall good facilities, there's private parking.

Every time in Fort William we stay in this hotel. Plenty of extra supplies: a TV set with satellite channels, ironing facilities and a study table. We really loved exceptional views. Food was gorgeous!

At cruachan we had a NICE stay. The night bar was available on the premises. Old inverlochy castle was in close proximity to the hotel.
